Guarantee: As with any custom order, we will not replace product (s) in following cases:
- If the incorrect name or measurement was given at the time of order.
- If the pet outgrows the product.
- If the collar was chewed or the buckle was cracked by any dog.
Other than these we guarantee our products for one year.
