Jonah's Ark Doggie Playcare
At
Jonah’s Ark, our unique programs offer a lot more than just simple
daycare. Our Playcare environment is all
about providing dogs with the social experience they need to remain balanced
and the physical and mental stimulation they
need to remain healthy.
Playing
with other healthy dogs in a safe and secure environment is a great way to let
your dog explore his/her natural behaviour.
Dogs that have learned how to play and interact with other dogs at young
age (between 4 months and 2 years) are less likely to have behavioural
problems, destructive tendencies and aggression issues later on. Remember
though, it’s not too late to teach an old dog new tricks. To
make sure all our playcare dogs get a fun and stimulating experience, we assess
all new pack members for suitability, only admit one new dog at a time (by appointment only) and limit
the size of our dog pack to 20 dogs per day.
Our
large open plan facility has lots of fresh air and sunlight, loads of room for
running and playing as well as lounge areas for nap-time, toys, agility
equipment and even a treadmill.

Note:
Our doors are closed from 12 to 2 p.m. everyday during nap-time.
