• Without the measurement, we can’t guarantee that the name and/or phone number will not be covered by adjuster or hidden behind. Depending on length of name and pet’s neck size there is a possibility that phone number may be covered by the adjuster.

• As with any custom order, we will not replace product (s) in following cases:

  • If the incorrect name/phone number or measurement was given at the time of order,
  • If the pet outgrows the product,
  • If the collar was chewed or the buckle was cracked by any dog,
•  We may be able to add more than 10 characters on this product, please email us first with the information below to check if possible.
